Life can be tough at times, but trying to design my own course that i will teach during summer in India, taught me a lot.
I have learnt to experience the smaller joys of life, being grateful with whatever I have and most of all knowing how to keep myself calm.
I really hope the senior students in my alma mater (Mount Carmel) will like it as much as i am enjoying trying to develop it.
Got a cool website from one of my friends Partha and it can really soothe you down. So, when i am angry or upset, I make sure to listen to it.

I believe in meditation, not that i do it everyday, but have tried it in the toughest moments of life and it had worked like a miracle. It is tough to concentrate, but I liked these from Oprahs website.

I turn back to these when I am most upset with life or me personally. It becomes esaier to concentrate when trying to listen to someone. Probably will include meditation in my course as well.
